The VIP visit is a privileged experience, a private tour with an exclusive guide and priority access to the entire Gouffre de Padirac (reception, lifts and boat).

From 1 July 2021, the Gouffre de Padirac is offering a new VIP tour formula, including a tasting of its 130th Anniversary Cuvée 103 metres underground, the Probus 2016 Clos Triguedina, aged for more than a year at the foot of the Grand Dôme room, in the bowels of the earth.

It was in 280 that the Emperor Probus had the vine replanted in the Quercy. It was to pay tribute to him that Jean, the father of Jean-Luc Baldès (Clos Triguedina), created this top-of-the-range Cahors appellation wine in 1976.
This pure Malbec "prestige" cuvée is the fruit of a fine plot selection based on vines centenarians. The delicate harvest corresponds to a limited yield. It is followed by a vatting period of 20 to 25 days in traditional vats. The Probus is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It has been identified for decades as a safe bet in the Cahors appellation.

According to Serge Dubs, "World's Best Sommelier 1989", this wine is concentrated, well-balanced, deep and has an "absolutely wonderful expression".
